Refund policy

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, product description, or availability. In the event of such an error, we will provide a full refund if your payment has already been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the portal will not be accepted.

Return Costs & Shipping

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the EU and Norway.

If you choose to receive Store Credit instead of a monetary refund, we will not deduct any return fees.

We provide 1 free exchange per order in the EU and Norway.

If you choose a monetary refund, the following return fees apply when using our prepaid label:

If you are returning items from a location where we do not provide a prepaid shipping label, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping. Please note: You are also fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees incurred.

Important Warning: International shipping and customs fees can be very high. We strongly recommend checking these costs with your local courier before sending your return. In some cases, the cost to ship the item back and pay the duties may exceed the refund amount, making it uneconomical to return the item.

Exchanges

We provide one free exchange per order. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in the return portal.

Refunds & Processing Time

If you returned your order with DHL, the tracking may show that the shipment has arrived at a terminal in Germany. This is a transit hub and not our warehouse. Returns may remain at this terminal for up to one week before being forwarded to Sweden. Processing can only begin once the return has physically arrived at our warehouse. Therefore, allow up to 2 weeks after sending your return for it to be processed.

  • Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Store Credit: If you chose store credit, this will be issued immediately after processing.

Rejected Returns

If your return is inspected and found not to be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, it will not be accepted. No refund or store credit will be issued for rejected items.

If you wish to have the item(s) returned to you, you will be required to pay a reshipping fee. This fee is equivalent to the return fee for your region listed in the table above (e.g., 50 SEK for Sweden, 10 EUR for EU, etc.). If this fee is not paid, we are unable to send the item back.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
